2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Proof

To process any return or replacement request, a clear unboxing video is required.
The video must:

  • Be recorded from the moment the package is unopened

  • Clearly show the issue (damage/wrong product)

⚠️ Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process your request.

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Share your order ID and unboxing video

  3. Our team will verify and respond within 24–48 hours

If approved, we will guide you through the next steps.

4. Replacement & Refund Policy

  • In most cases, we offer a free replacement for eligible issues

  • If a replacement is not available, we will provide:

    • A store credit, or

    • A refund to your original payment method (if applicable)

5. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Minor color/size variations (common in online shopping)

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

  • No unboxing video proof

  • No returns will be processed for color, print, or quality-related reasons.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

7. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • The time taken for the refund to reflect depends on your payment provider
